Our flatbed die cutting process is an excellent choice for low-volume projects like prototypes. We can cut the trial part with a temporary die and then switch to a permanent die and larger press for production manufacturing.
Our larger presses cut materials up to 75”x45”. Rotary and roll-fed punch presses are for smaller parts, usually less than 11”x14”.
