FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know what rubber to pick?
We can help! We have extensive experience with the properties of different rubbers and can assist you in choosing what will work best based on your application.
What if I just need a little bit?
We can help! Since we stock so many types, we can usually cut off just what you need from a master roll or sheet, and sell you a small amount.
What if I need just a few parts for a prototype, but then I will need more?
Our flatbed die cutting process is an excellent choice for low-volume projects like prototypes. We can cut the trial part with a temporary die and then switch to a permanent die and larger press for production manufacturing.
What is the largest part you can die cut at Rubber Resource?
Our larger presses cut materials up to 75”x45”. Rotary and roll-fed punch presses are for smaller parts, usually less than 11”x14”.
